Apologies for not blogging for the past two weeks. I had been overseas. Although… someone did promise to review episode 3 for me, didn’t he? -_-
Anyway. Episode 3 has already been subbed, so I wouldn’t spend too much time on it. Episode 4 is well… Usagi and Misaki again, so I’m not going to spend much time there either, because I would rather concentrate on my thoughts on Hiroki and Nowaki, which is told in episode 3 and 5.

After a slow couple of episodes action-wise, this week’s episode comes back with a bang. After resolving last week’s cliffhanger we are eventually thrown into an all out battle royal with named folks from both sides battling it out in the skies. Good stuff all around.
I think Zero would like Yuki’s blood than yours, Kaien.
Sorry if this post is a little late because of distractions such as exams, exams, exams…But whatever it is, I’m back. I need more spotlight and ignored by the rest of the Internet world for almost months now. (And I think I’m going to flunk my Math all because of formulas floating around my head and attacked Reverse Vampire’s nerve system till she dies.) Before I start, I would like to thank all of the people who commented on my KnJ post. First time trolling on my part and it was awesome. You guys have given me much to think about and had me going “Woah!” in response to some of the strong reactions that I got. Thank you for taking the time and care to comment, even if you disagreed with my views and convictions, because it lets me know that at least people are reading my work and acknowledging it enough to form their own opinions on it and get back to me about it =]
So… It’s been a long, long time since an anime has gotten me this emotionally attached to it. The last time this happened was circa summer of 2006, when I, in an attempt to escape from RL issues, marathoned through H&C and used up a whole box of tissue crying my eyes out at every twist and turn. Now every time I sit down to watch a Kaiba episode, I do so knowing that I’m going to get some masochistic pleasure out of getting my heart mutilated and broken by this fantastic monstrosity. Regardless, I know that I will keep coming back for more abuse because it IS that good.

So Stripey posted an editorial regarding Suzaku, I would have posted it this there but this ended up being over 2,695 words long. The universal response of Lu-Qaeda (Lovers of Lulu) was pretty much along the lines of Suzaku being a tool, selling out his friend, being a traitor, etc. Most interestingly of all was the term “moralfag” where Suzaku is a contradiction for his holding of the moral high ground while serving an Evil Empire. First off let me be blunt we are all moralfags at one level or another it is the lot of humans ever since God cast us out because Adam and Eve were dip shits. As humans we pretend to be decent people but oh we are capable of cruelty beyond measure and have the ability to justify what we do. There are few among us who have no skeletons in our closets yet most of us would consider our selves by and large law abiding citizens when ever we find that we are in agreement with the law. As a soldier in the service of the American Empire one of the most vilified and hated empires in the world I am acutely aware of what it means to be in Suzaku’s shoes.
Also please from now on keep Iraq out of this…use a real colonial war like the Boer Wars for Pete’s sake. Any post mentioning Iraq will hence forth be deleted Jarmel and wait 321 get a pass for lack of warning.

Taken from Seiryuu! Lost my Music!, this video is just the right remedy to feel good after a lousy day yesterday. I was feeling extremely down, and was in no mood to do anything at all. However, this video made me laugh so much that I cheered up immediately.
