ARIA☆Wahaー2 – Non-H ARIA doujin by Churuya author

I was planning on writing a semi-big rant here about how hard translating and type-setting is, about how much my Japanese improved through scanlating this etc. etc., but now I don’t feel like it anymore. Just have the doujin.

Riex brings the WTF!

THAT Wallpaper of the week: Everylittle thing by Xyric.
Thoughts: LOLOLOLOLOLOL. This is the gayest shit I’ve ever seen. But it’s still fscking awesome. If I was one of the Pokemon in the wallpaper above, which would I be and why?
Rating: 8/10 Pokemon + Gay Expressions + Rainbows = WIN…points off for the background though.
How to improve it: Add a Care Bear.

A first hand look at an “amateur’s visual novel” – Hisashiburi’s project SVN

project1.jpg
I like lolis. Green haired preferably but purple haired lolis are fine too.

It is perhaps by sheer chance that I stumbled upon the blog named Hisashiburi. It is definitely a welcome change from most of the common anime blogs that I see all the time. When I mean all the time, it is the tried and tested episode summary blog like our blog (though we do expand with manga and random information). Hisashiburi, in recent times, described a little project in the early weeks of January to the present day. It is a little visual novel about how a male character, K, measures the themes of Hisa, lost memories and a forgotten town ten years ago.

Is there something you are regretting in your past? Do you have the courage to face that regret once again?

One Year Thanks!

Anyone remember this, specifically the section where I said I’d give away a drawing? Well, no one replied to the e-mails I sent out. In hindsight, titling the e-mail “Congratulations you’ve won the THAT Animeblog anniversary competition! (I swear this is not spam)” probably wasn’t the smartest idea.

So, instead of drawing a request, I went and made a drawing of Tsukasa. She is quite possibly the most moe character ever. Um… pink.

Hopefully I will be here to make a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 10th anniversary thank you drawing.

It has been a wonderful year. Thank you for your support.

How do you deconstruct an annoying Satoko? T.H.A.T teaches you!

p1060491-resize.jpg

Well, if you want to find out about the deconstruction of Satoko, it will appear at the end of this image heavy entry. For those who did not know, I bought my first figurines (albeit being merely a trading figurine) in my entire life. I simply wanted to deco the place up a little, and it is cute to have some nice Higurashi figurines.

If you are looking for a Moe Moe Rabu or a Tee Jay level of review in figurines, it will not be here. I also do not have the elite photo taking skills of Windbell or Danny Choo. However, I will make it worth your time to look at the random pictures with a very interesting youTube I took yesterday.
