After the plot of Feena to get herself drowned, she is now unconscious when she is in fact the 1500m butterfly/backstroke/moonwalk style in the moon. She is in fact the reigning champion in the swimming field. However this fact is often concealed since she is considered to be the princess and swimming is considered a commoner’s sport on the moon.

Bjorn, the taichou of the FFF (Fap fap feena) will definitely go totally insane now, after this screenshot. I swear when he watched this, that image will be totally in his mind. Ok, the 2nd episode has me captured completely as a fan and I have to admit that it seems very likely that when episode 3 appears, i will blog it as well.

The other character seemed to be rather bland if you ask me, but Feena’s shyness and Midori’s genki-ness are clearly building up on me, so I will probably be very interested to see how this little show progresses. There seemed to be no central theme, so it looks like a simple easy ride. Episode summary onwards as usual. =/

Episode summary

Mai was surprised that Tatsuya was completely calm about Feena. He said that he was already used to it after the shock yesterday. Feena came out with the school uniform and started to blush as Tatsuya commented that she was cute and beautiful in the uniform. Mia the maid wanted to join them but was denied by Feena, who said she had to clean up the place first. As the three (mai, Tatsuya and Feena) traveled to school, Feena was amazed by the things on Earth that were scarce in the moon such as natural rivers.

Natsuki was in shock when she realized Feena was in the same class. At first, Feena’s introduction was awkward until Midori started the first salvo as she greeted Feena. Natsuki followed suit after prodding from Tatsuya and the whole class warmed up to them. However, Tatsuya was in big trouble after Natsuki let the information out that Feena was living in the same house as him. Feena was a great all round elite student, as she was good at studies, sports as well as being totally pretty. Feena explained that fencing was a sport of the nobles. She was then hungry and was fretting about lunch until they heard word of a cute maid around.

It was Mia and Feena reprimanded her for coming. However, Tatsuya defended Mia and Feena said Mia should not do it again. Eventually, they had nice sandwiches for lunch while talking about the misconceptions that Earthlings have of the moon. The old man also came over and had fun before showing a pervie picture of Feena undressing as he escaped with his assistant. Tatsuya then told Feena that they could go and watch the shows open but Feena was dragged away for official business.

Tatsuya went home wondering what he could do and he woke up to realize that Feena would not be going to school. As he came back the next day from school, he lied on his bed and wondered. As the sound of the door opened, he thought it was Feena who was back but it was his sister as she teased him who he was waiting for. He looked at the moon and realized that Feena was a princess, and he should not treat her as a normal girl.

The old man then adviced Tatsuya to do something to make Feena feel better as it was part of his job for a homestay host. As Feena came back late at night, Tatsuya waited and said okaeri, Feena. Feena felt really good as she suggested Tatsuya could bring her around for the shops tomorrow. Tatsuya had to spoil it by pinching her nose. She simply smiled warmly as the old man captured that warm smile.

Thoughts

Feena can be so cute and fierce, all at the same time. Feena is really showing her class as the main female lead because she definitely treats Mia much worse compared to all. I guess Mia is so cute too. I mean maids are cute but Siesta is definitely not as cute compared to Louise’s dere dere-ness. Sorry, I digress but back to Crescent Love now.

I really wonder how in the world the old man got so much pron pictures of Feena. He is clearly a freaking pedophile by all means, which is a little disturbing but it was not in anyway sexual. Just a freaking pervert. Not that I mind that there are light-themed ecchi scenes because it is definitely good, hohoh~ More FEENA PLEASE! <3

Why can’t we have more Midori in this show? Her genki-ness is so cute seriously and I really enjoy every single presence of her in this series. Of course, the fact that she had green hair makes her even more moe~ as usual and I am so sad because she is clearly shafted as a side character. Oh man, can’t we have a gal like Midori, green haired and a main character more? We need more cute anime gals who are green-haired.

Anyway, the episode is pretty decent, with a few short laughs but nothing amazing once again. The story is particularly flimsy, even considering that it is a romance series. They need more love and hot rabu-rabu to make it slightly above average. Without it, it will dry off even the most fervent Feena lover.

Ok, I just watched this series yesterday night just before I fell asleep. To be honest, I have been psycho-ed by Bjorn of FFF’s fame (Fap fap Feena) and he actually hyped up the show for me. Did the show fail me? It did not. Did it impress me though? No, it didn’t as well. Hence, it is currently on the balance whether I will blog it again or not. However, the amount of sudden chibi scenes did amuse me quite a bit and I like the distant yet warm feeling that Feena gives. I can understand now why Bjorn loves her so much.

She kinda deserves the attention. A certain green-haired gal also captured my attention immediately!

Episode summary

Note: Check the site for the name of the characters. There are too many “main characters”.

So the story starts with the description of a war between the humans on Earth and the humans in Sphere Kingdom (moon). As both sides destroyed each other to a total mess, travelling between the two planets become restricted. That is roughly where the story starts, where we get transfered to the scene of a school, where Tatsuya and Natsuki are studying. As the lesson on the moon ended, Natsuki was still sleeping and she did not wake up until she heard Tatsuya saying “Welcome, customer” and she shot up saying things that a waitress will do.

They then moved off to the restaurant where the both of them were working, while they meet up with Mai, Tatsuya’s younger sister. Tatsuya seemed to have a fetish of pinching the nose of her younger sister, as they met up with Midori, a cute looking and excited green-haired gal (YES, SOMETHING GOOD!). They then talked a little before they went over to the restaurant and the elder sister of Tatsuya mentioned that they would have dinner at the restaurant. They then started to work and ended their work at around 8 pm.

As Tatsuya went back home, he was greeted by a meido Mia and he went off, thinking he got the wrong house. In fact, Mia was a servant of Feena, who had came down for a homestay on the moon as a way of good gesture. Feena is the princess of Sphere kingdom and had met up with Tatsuya when Tatsuya was young. That was why Tatsuya had unconsciously pinched the nose of Feena, and the three family members went berserk after realizing what they did to a princess. The princess simply smiled and said it was all right.

After which, they went to the restaurant, only to have more crazy antics, especially Natsuki and her brother Jin who was so keen on pairing Natsuki and Tatsuya together. They had a good meal, only for a man that appeared under Feena’s dress to interrupt. He was some teacher that Feena’s father trusted to be her guardian here on Earth. With that news, we realized that Feena would be going to the same school with Tatsuya and Natsuki…

In the distance, a blonde young girl with magician robes looked at the merry group in teh restaurant, levitating in the air silently.

Thoughts

To be honest, the first episode did not impress me much. I probably will define this series as a romance genre with Feena X Tatsuya and Natsuki x Tatsuya (of course, Feena X Natsuki X Midori is always welcome). In a way, I am still curious and will give this show 2-3 more episodes to drag me in, since it is only well 12 episodes. Unless it suffers a complete meltdown, I feel that there is some good stuff inside this series that will work.

I found the OP/ED to be decent, if not impressive. There is nothing really wow with the first episode, without that WOW feeling I got from Red garden (that show captures your attention immediately). Feena, other than the green haired gal that is called Midori, seems to probably be the main reason why I will be watching this show. So yea, next episode seems to deal with Feena going to the school of Tatsuya and a good student to boot.
