I think the manga had a full chapter devoted to Erika stalking the two of them and trying to hurt them. Except Kyoko’s charming obliviousness generally prevents harm up until Moko yells at Erika.

And wow, Moko makes some amazing facial expressions. They all do, but there’s that one screenshot, the middle in the second to last row of three… wow. Her face is truly amazing.

YES YES!!! I was having withdrawal symptoms too. Boohoo… Skip Beat always make me laugh after a long week. I haven’t watched this week’s epi yet, doing so on friday.

Ahhh Ren….. you hot thing you. As long as they include a Ren and Kyoko kiss kiss scene at the end I’ll be happy I wonder how their kids will turn out? Will their kids be yellow-haired Kyoko’s running about? (I’m sure she’ll end up with Ren. I mean, she can’t possibly end up with Dicktaro right?)

Haven’t read the manga, so I can’t comment on that, but this was an awesome episode. I really love Moko and Kyoko.

I really think Moko-san is the best tsundere we have had in anime for a long time.

It was a great arc, but it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the manga. I dunno, the end of the 14th episode was a bit rushed (they deleted a few funny scenes) and in episode 13 the music was at odds with the action and didn’t support it well, especially during the fight scene. Still it was highly enjoyable and a turning point in Moko & Kyoko relationship.
And yes the Erika confrontation scene was in the manga.

I’m really looking forward to watching the next arc!

This really was a great episode. Never thought early in the series that I’d like Moko this much. But really can understand where she came from. Now she can grow more as a person and will certainly be a success in the acting world. As with Maria, Kyoko has made a nice bond that will help her as well.

Not reading the manga can’t compare this. But really do think they did a great job with the episode.
