The ones from early in the year are pretty hard to remember sometimes, but year I remember the episode where they shifted animation styles.

Given that “memorable” isn’t a synonym for “good”, I wonder why you left out ep 7 of Strike Witches? That’s the “Musical Panties” episode, and it’s certainly memorable.

Macross ep. 18, outstanding portrayal of Grace as the evil bitch queen of the universe and how she ripped Sheryl to shreds. Excellent portrayal of fall of Sheryl.

Macross ep. 25, how can anyone not like an episode so overloaded with explosions and music.

WTF is up with that Code Geass screenshot?! ROFL That just made my day!

I barely remember episode 4 of ZSZS, but now that you mention it, it does sound familiar. Another memorable episode from that season IMO is the one that used all the different animation styles (claymation Itoshiki FTW!). It was episode 8 I think.

Don’t forget the first half of episode 6 of Kuroshitsuji and Grell’s little plea XD.

* Macross Frontier 9ep. – Michael’s story and Klan’s slap of the head of his Battroid so hard that he got bashed around in the cockpit.
* Code Geass R2 20-21ep.- Marianne and Charles.
* Gundam 00 8ep. – Tieria’s crossdressing.

I absolutely agree with you on episode 14 of Clannad, I found it to be one of the most emotional episodes of Clannad.

I am so with you on Kurenai #6. My downstairs neighbours no doubt misinterpreted my reasons for shouting YES! YES!! YESS!!! when Murasaki joined in near the end.

Though I would add the races’ finish line in Toradora #13.

I just saw somewhere (and can’t believe that I didn’t realize) how Charles was a reference to M. Bison’s trademark Streetfighter move, Psycho Crusher, since Wakamoto voices both characters.
