Vampire Knight Guilty Ep 12- No presents for naughty kids, by Santa

The world ain’t beautiful at all, Yuki dear. Economic recession is severe: IT’S THE END OF THE WORLD!

Warning: This episodes contains NO information that follows the manga. The last two episodes of Vampire Knight Guilty are all original anime episodes. Seems that Vampire Knight will not be showing a 3rd season after the last episode airs on 30th December 2008, a.k.a. the 2nd last day of 2008 in Japan. So, faithful manga followers, choose carefully if you are willing to read this post with something fresh and new. Nothing like the sweet, refreshing original anime episode in Vampire Knight anime history. To THAT bloggers, readers and other anime blogger out there, have a Merry Christmas to all. Enjoy the post and relax for this festive occasion.

Note: Read it, at your own risk. Spoilers alert. And the End of the World part is true, as it’s the title of this episode: If you haven’t realized.

Ruka’s right. Yuki should stay at home and keep her door shut to everyone around her. BRING ON THE SCYTHE!

What? No Artemis scythe? C’mon, people. I want to see her swing that blade of hers instead of shooting lowlife vampires with a mini-pistol. WHY? Artemis: With lotsa love. Mini-pistol: GO AWAY! Yuki is so fortunate that she has vampire companions on her side, or she’ll be prey of Rido Kuran right away at this very critical moment. Too bad Kaname is still watching this fight as if he had this multi-large plasma screen back home and enjoying his popcorn and sweets while his comrades does all this dirty work for him. I know you can’t finish off Rido, but HELP THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED! At least contribute, kill random Level E vampires, so-and-so.

You ran out of bullets? Vampires make you look like a suckish loser when they interfere. You need a sword or some other melee weapons, dammit.

Those vampires created secretly by the Hunters Association seriously needs better clothes. Humans = Plain, ordinary and ugly people. Vampires = Exceptionally super ultra duper uber beautiful immortals. That is what the show is telling us. Vampires look down on humans, humans hunt and kill them because of it. Especially when they draw Yuki like some kind of queen with long hair and smooth skin. Oh, not to forget, Zero is drawn even uglier and 500% emo than before. But I think it’s so true after all, after cross-referencing on other vampire fiction.

They look more like savage cavemen to me.

The coolness of Kaien Cross, the heartless vampire hunter.

Before those vampires start killing vampires who kill vampires and humans, our superhero Kaien Cross comes to Yuki and Yagari’s aid. With the ‘I stay here and kill monsters. Go and fight the boss of the story since you are the main character of the story’ situation in the story, the fight starts all over again, killing swarms and armies of former human vampires in the war torn battlefield in school. Where are all the Day Class students, by the way? TIME TO END THE HUNTER ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT’S LIFE!!!! IT’S TIME FOR YOU TO DIE!!!

Yuki (Calling out for Kaien as the others pulled her away): FATHER!!

Kaien: MY DAUGHTER!

Yuki: OTOU-SAN!!!!

Kaien: MY YUKI!

Yuki: FATHER!

Kaien: YUKI!

Yuki: FATHER!

Kaien: YUK-

Yagari and Night Class students: Okay, that’s it. Let’s go beat Rido into a pulp.

They laze around and do nothing. They are still kids, 10 years old in a teenage vampire’s body.

The downfall of the Hunter’s Association President has come. Bitch the shameless, dependent and selfish President. He should just die and sees himself crumble into pieces. No wonder Santa didn’t come to your house and drop presents for you. Instead, your will see your own demise and turn into sand instead of having eternal beauty for the rest of your life.

Why don’t you just fuck off and crumble? No one, not even your hunter comrades will be visiting your grave when you die. Who cares about beauty anyways, you cross-dressing—What am I saying? It’s Christmas, right? Erm, have a happy Christmas in the Afterlife?

Final Boss of Vampire Knight: Rido Kuran, the ‘almighty’ pure blood.

Meanwhile, as Yuki, Ruka, Kain, Aido and Seiren are running as fast as possible to get to Rido quickly, our favorite couple Shiki and Rima are strolling like all they care, making it seem like fighting Rido is going to be a piece of cake. I really want the Black Forest cake, and the Pocky too. Rido uses his army of minions and trap those Night Class nobles, seducing them to suck their blood so that they will win the war.

Kaname is out to kill more vampires to become stronger.

He’s ready to drain Yuki’s blood like what he did to Yuki’s mother.

AT LAST, THE ARTEMIS SCYTHE; THE ULTIMATE WEAPON OF THE CENTURY!

While showing off her new weapon, the soldiers that participate in the war starts to fear Yuki, the Kuran Princess and ran out of Cross Academy before they knew it. After they knew Santa’s not going to give them any presents, they are so scared that their names are going to be in Santa’s ‘Naughty’ list, they gave up, ran for their lives and die peacefully with the Ass-ociation’s President. Zero comes to Yuki’s rescue before Rido attempts to rape her.

OMG! He’s going to rape Yuki! No, Rido no! Santa’s put your name on the ‘Naughty’ List. Bad boy.

Kaname, who acts as the Santa Claus of the day falls from Asato’s chimney before putting sticks and cheap coals into his stockings. Agreed with Kaname ‘Santa’ Kuran words, his grandson, Takuma Ichijo takes his Christmas present: A real katana before inviting to his first and final showdown at his grandfather. ‘Santa’ then runs away from the fight and goes to many more houses to deliver more presents (And sticks and cheap coals to those naughty kids, like Rido).

The Samurai showdown, Takuma Ichijo V.S. Asato Ichijo

To shoot or not to shoot, that is the question. Oh look, ‘Santa’ gave me more presents than you, Rido. A gun and blood of my twin brother! So I shall win!!!!

CLIFFHANGER! I will unleash my ultimate weapon!!!

So with only the last episode airing on the 30th December 2008, it seems that the ending will have some loose ends unexplored unlike the manga and leave some things hanging like the way it is. I would like to see how Zero, Yuki and Kaname’s going to fight Rido, 3 of them V.S. 1 of him. I don’t expect for any 3rd season to come and if they do, then it would be rather surprising since I will be away from T.H.A.T. for about 11 months when 2009 arrives. So I won’t be able to write if there is an unexpected 3rd season popped out like bubble all of a sudden.

R.I.P: Ruthless, Idiotic and gay President. Rest In Peace. And goodbye.

Kurva unalmas ez a sorozat, olyannyira, hogy nincs kedvem angolul hozzá szólni a dologhoz, vesszen az összes bisi köcsög!:)

@ danie: Unfortunately, I have national papers to study, and the papers will start at October. So I don’t have much time to write in to THAT. Very important papers. So to give way to my priorities, I have to stop writing for the moment. It’s not a quit post, I’ll just be temporary away. I’ll be back at Winter 2010? :D

It’s now so painfully obvious that the reason people are still watching is the seiyuus, and possibly to see how far they can go beyond the worst.

The drawing’s messed up, the way people move are all jerky and strange, the pace is all wrong thus rendering all those omg moments to some sort of lame joke, and anyone aside from the main cast is just…pitiful to watch.

They’ve broken up the yuki/kaname scene which was one of the main driving force behind the fangirl crowd, and let all the momentum crash to smithereens…[and was that a failed attempt at a tentacle-rape scene?] It’s so sad I don’t know whether to laugh or to mourn.

A great cast seem always come with disappointing flops. Ah well, money the limiting factor as always.

@ reika: Great uber cast + lame animation = Epic Fail. I would cry for the rest of my life if the last episode ends with a deus ex machina.

And yes, I come from Singapore. Papers to study. My review for episode 13 of VKG will be my last post of 2008.
