The first season ended too suddenly; I got more questions that answers,I haven’t read the manga, so what I know is only through the Anime; I really want to watch the second season and I also believe that the ending was a little too cripty for my taste.

i agree with Hasabucket, the second half of the manga was really bad, the storyline was so confusing, i’ve sorta given up on it… i really hope the second season of the anime will be better

Hehe that’s cool how they kept the same band for both the op and the ed. But seriously, what’s with the ponytail? It’s looks Horrible! Sure, it’s an easy way to identify the two of them, but there could have been a better and prettier way of doing it. I’m not liking that move.
It looks good so far but I kind of get the feeling they’re going to stray from the manga…? Hmm… I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

I’ll watch it, just to catch what they’ll draw yuki as, in her erm fully evolved form, which should be interesting to watch. [excuse me for that hmm hidden reference, to avoid the spoilers.]

Anyway, it’s always a rule that things which looks beautiful on manga is rarely rendered well in anime. The epitome of it would be CLAMP’s works. Stuff like Gintama animates exceedingly well. VK has gone on ok, but just ok. The art-work is not as great as the manga [esp. the omitted stuff from the last episode, the sheer contrast...], but well the seiyuu cast is great, so I suppose I’ll throw it in, VKG inclusive, into the pile of ‘watch when there’s extra time’ anime.

somehow I prefer the ed from last season… rather than an abrupt ending, I think it ends quit well, suddenly lifting off from the tune.

anyway, I suspect that ichiru is with ponytail cuz he’s now in uniform and animators can’t draw him differently from zero. Well, I guess the bell thing is from shizuka…however hilarious it looks, wearing a girl’s accessory in your hair.

as reluctant i am and sceptical of the 2nd season, i think the trailer is quite good. The drawings have improved, and Kaname resembles Yuki even more now and i sincerely hope the animation will improve too.. LOL on ponytail Ichiru oh and the songs are good too and the trailer has used it to its advantage-NOW i’m looking forward for the second season-hope they don’t butcher it with original story or ending.

I’m hardly expecting it to be any better than the first season, seeing as how the manga took a turn for the worst. Well, I’ll probably try a couple of episodes just for the heck of it.

I may give it a shot, may… there are a lot of other shows on my list to check out and I read the manga for this. God knows why any more, although things are starting to look up since Yuuki seems to have finally found her backbone once more).

Looks good, love the second song (presuming it’s the ED for VKG).
I didn’t like how it ended either, but i’ll still give VKG a shot.
