1. Tell us why a certain blogger in THAT should be the head honcho, and who should never be allowed to be close within 100 feet.

Should be: Impz, take the chance for read a lot of others works, if the job dont kill you, you learn a lot that you can use in your carrer. (maybe I am a sadistic person after all)
Never be: Crusader, it make the tsundere meter explode, be honcho maybe can kill the lovingly side by finally do full use of the dark side of force. (maybe I just dont want more competence)

2. Tell us what you love or hate about THAT, and of course what you wish to see more.

Love: when people enjoy writing.
Hate: when people dont enjoy writing.
Wish to see more: some anime is born from manga or game. Can be nice if we get more posts about that. Maybe get a freack gamer or reader for explain the origins and diferences.

3. Tell us how we can improve, or your favorite moment in THAT for the past 2 years.

Improve: I dont know, but get these free ease answers. Dont fear make changes, even if committ a mistake is not the end of the world. If the Gods of anime dont provide a good harvest of anime these season, just dig in the store of oldies. Drooping bad anime is not a crime, is saving time.
Favorite: I cant remember.

i don’t usually post anything in the posts that i read . . . but so far, i always like reading everyone’s review on animes and the odd topics too . . . but just like what Halcyon commented, i would like more manga reviews too

favorite moments? . . . the way impz becoming more and more like that green haired loli in the webpage banner

1. Impz should be the head blogger because as far as I know, he has been here the longest. Of course, if 13sugars objects this, then she should be the head blogger and make Impzie her slave. Ha ha ha!

2. What do I love about this blog? It’s silly. I like silly.

What makes me squint in a bad way here in this blog? Um, not enough manga posts and gaming posts? Then again, this is mainly an “anime blog” after all. The latter, I understand, but a good amount of anime came from manga.

3 What needs to be improved? 13sugars needs more guest posts? Ho ho ho!

As for my favorite moment, there are many. The one that pops quickly at the top of my head quite often is the Impz manga. Yeah.

Anyway, here’s my 2c.

I think it’s really a toss-up between Calawain and Crusader. Mostly because they seem to be the most active (in terms of blogging). They also seem to garner the most replies per entry. IDK if it’s just because people enjoy their posts or because they tend to get some popular series to blog about.

2. Tell us what you love or hate about THAT, and of course what you wish to see more.

Love: Multi-faceted entries not limited to current anime series but focused primarily on bringing fairly humorous episodic blog entries. Top-notch teamwork as member of THAT are not confined to their own entries and comment/add to other THAT member entries. There is much cross-pollination between blog entries.

Hate: Truthfully, not enough Crusader rants XD
Also, needs moar manga entries!

3. Tell us how we can improve, or your favorite moment in THAT for the past 2 years.

Less polls. Every blog/social site has some sort of poll going on and, imo they really don’t add anything to the site except maybe give a casual viewer something to click on between entries.

Improvement? Moar manga entries! It would also be cool to see more “council” moments where members of THAT focus on a particular series or genre of anime/manga and have a mini-roundtable discussion that interacts with the viewership. Something similar to what Maipesu and Lelangir blog on but on a larger scale.
