Yes RoD is amazing, the OVA is pure win, but then while the TV version is not bad… I can’t stand the change of voice for some characters.

Netflix is awesome, I just added the original Macross to ours since its been so long since I saw it.

As for R.O.D start with the O.A.V’s they are definitely better than the series, which felt a little bit dragged out at times. I did really enjoy the opening theme for it though.

I don’t plan on posting enough to make typeZERO a priority. But you’ll probably see some of it’s features implemented in the next version of THAT. Whenever that happens…like, years from now?

PS: My view on ROD is the same as Megamouse-as long as you watch the OVAs, you don’t have to bother with the (3/4?) series.
