I still have no idea how Corner actually controls things (banking, industry, King maker?), but hey logic and physics don’t count here much so we shall see if the UN is able to field more than a handful of GN-Tau equipped suits and how many fodder suits come end game. By the look of things Corner has a FORTRESS OF DOOM to be shown off…

As for the UN, it’s definitely going to be a factor. Wang Liu Min, Ali Ali Sarshes and Alejandro Corner are so far the only ones against which everyone could unite and Alejandro pretty much owns the UN.

The Assault Container with Lassie and Kurdi Kid docked bears a similar silhouette to the megaship. As for being fair and balanced that’s you job. I have an anti-terrorist, anti-emo, anti-self righteous Celestial Being bias. I don’t have to be fair to such hateful people. Oh and I suppose invulnerable plot armor and an uber suit that in the hands of novices can outperform squadrons of elite enemy pilots does not make things relatively fair? Patrick had to do it in an inferior suit.

At this rate the UN is not even going to be a factor and there will be lots more CB crying than any significant development for the rest of the cast in any significant way.

I don’t count almost succeeding when ganging up on someone with half a dozen fellows as an accomplishment.
Oberst Kaite treats him like a pet dog, teaching him how to sit, stand and so on. At best Patrick will be housebroken by the end of the series.

Will you allow the characters to grow and realize the consequences of their actions is what I am saying, before you pass judgement. Should not the greatest of sinners be allowed the chance to confess them. Whether you accept them or not is of course your choice, but what I think they wanted to do was allow the viewer the chance to judge for himself his merit.

As for what good his regret is at this stage….nothing. Nothing at all, and that’s the point. He never asked for forgiveness or pity, he just gave his story.

And with regard to the ship, I don’t see any resemblance between that ship and the craft from Power Rangers in Space or Megaranger as it’s known in Japan. Or do you mean the Mega ship at http://www.supersentai.com/database/1997_megaranger/images/mega-mc-megaship.jpg The only real resemblance is that both are blue and both are spaceships. And you do realize that in his dying moments Lockon regretted his actions but believes there is a way to carry out his desire for a more peaceful world right? I think you need to watch that scene again because you seem to have missed the point. The Meister’s are realizing now that their actions were naive and only made matters worse and thus they are being punished for it in a way.

Do not doubt the luck of the Irish, Patrick is the only wild card we hve in this blasted series, he occasional does something amazing. He did after all blind Lockon, and almost killed Tieria. Only the Lassie hack saved purple ranger from retribution.

Oberst Kaite said that she would make him a man, i do not doubt that mein Oberst will make a man out of him.
