Fine, they are not the spring onion gang but a group called Loituma. Their song is called “Ieva’s polka”. I never knew they are the original singers of this strangely addictive song until now. I am sure that there are a few blur people like me who did not know this original group as well. They are the one that brought the Churuya clock.

You know I had NO idea what you were talking about or referencing here… until I heard the song… gah, it’s stuck in my head AGAIN

@Hinano: You know, I never know how to use niconico. You supposedly need an account but I am too lazy to decipher the moonspeak. Despite my lack of formal training with it, I can actually read it after spending a whole lot of time. It’s a pain though.

@IKnight: I was ambushed by my female buddy with this youtube. The rest, as we all say, is history.

@Korosora: Good for you, i only knew now.

@Issa-sa: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, OWNED!

@DS: Really? I feel less stupid now.

The moment I read “spring onion” and “song”, it became quite obvious what you were talking about. Wow, I’ve always thought the leek song was a bunch of gibberish cooked up by some random voice/singing software.

And damnit, this song just doesn’t seem to lose its power even after so long…

funny how no one mentions kubo tite when they talk about the leek spinning girl. its all about the song.

@Nekonron: ya, i really thought it’s gibberish until I found out O_O. It’s amazing huh.

@LSS: why Kubo tite O_O?

@Catzcradle: wow, thanks catz, I got myself a nico nico account ^^ yay!

And yes, I did know about them from before, since I read about it the very first time Orihime appeared with the onion in hand and singing… I didn´t like it then, don´t really like it now either.
