When Starfish Strikes

I used to think that cake was as bad as it got.

I’ve never seen someone continue to be so incredibly annoying after they’re dead. The dyin’ usually gets in the way of the annoyin’. Fuuko’s minute long appearances in CLANNAD make me angrier than a Narutard bitch with sand in her vagina while reading Sasugay flames.

C’mon KyoAni, you can come up with better fillers.

I guess the bad has to balance out the awesome.

The destructive power of thigh highs, gym shorts and deredere gettai is truly formidable.

On another note, seeing how there’s still the Kyou story, the Tomoyo story, the Nagisa story and possibly even the Tomoya story, how will KyoAni wrap it all up in a mere 7 episodes?

    For the record:
In the Visual Novel, Fuuko does temporarily interrupt the fight between Team Tomoya and The Delinquents From The Alley, by using the exact same method and with the exact same results… So it’s not like KyoAni made this up, you know?

However, the Crane Game and Judo Club Captains Fuuko interruptions are KyoAni’s. If anything, the one with the Judo Club Captains is the one most out of place.

I must have missed the memo that Fuuko was dead. This isn’t Makoto’s arc, you know.

I’ve never seen a female character, or any female for that matter, stuff her crotch before. Thought that was a guy thing. Maybe it’s a tumor. Ah well, live and learn.

As mentioned previously, Fuuko’s appearances aren’t entirely random; they’re actually part of the CLANNAD game, once specific conditions are met (pretty hilarious conditions though). And she’s not dead — she’s supposed to wake up with the ‘good end’ of her arc (which the series mostly went through). Just think of it as something she does to kill time and help before her Ayu moment.

Seems to me that Kyo-Ani effectively wrapped up Tomoyo’s story with episode 18…they really can’t do much more than that with Tomoyo, considering that most of her route revolves around a relationship with her and Tomoya. Kyou is the same, as her route focuses heavily on a relationship between Tomoya and Ryou , but I don’t feel like they’re quite finished with her yet, so I’m rather curious as to how Kyo-Ani is going to handle it.

On another note, I don’t think Fuuko’s appearances are bad at all. Really don’t see what all the fuss is about, personally =]

Do not incur the wrath of Fuuko. She’ll make you eat her cooking.
    I like her.

Whether its in the game or not, why do we even need Fuuko randomly appear? Most of the time it just ruins the mood in my humble opinion.

Let sleeping dogs lie Kyoto Animation. I know you like making the fans happy, but the storyline of CLANNAD (I’m talking about you AFTER STORY) should come first before any ‘moe’ hijinks from Fuuko.

I hope there is going to be a second season. Because this will end worse than Kanon; otherwards not very well at this rate.
