Haha yeah Miyu may be over 18 (although you know in these games technically everyone is listed as over 18 even if they are in middle school) but she certainly looks loli, and carries much of the same traits as a loli. She wants to act like an adult, calls herself a sexy genius, and is doted upon by her older sister. Ageha also has a lot of potential for some tsundere deliciousness, I wonder what direction they will take her character in. And all hail Shinra-sama.

Yeah I’ve said many times that you don’t need to be totally original in order to be funny. I love parodies and I love over the top shows that make fun of the genre. This show seems to take every fetish they can think of (loli, tsundere, eyepatch, weak girl, masochist, dominatrix, innocent, older sister, imouto, and on and on and on) and stuff it all into one delicious experience.

Haha yes that scene was funny, the Colonel is certainly funny as well. Can’t let all the attention go to the females.

I haven’t seen Devil Gundam so I didn’t pick up on that, but the three males in this show have undoubtedly GAR tendencies. It helps that they are voiced by three of the most GAR-capable seiyuu out there.

The Devil Gundam reference at the beginning was doubly appropriate as Ren is voiced by Domon’s actor and the Colonel is voiced by Master Asia himself! Along with Kojuuro, this show has so much GAR it’s almost too much to handle. I’ll be sticking with this show for sure.

Totally agreed here Calawain. IMO one of the surprises of the season alongside Shigofumi. Funny enough, both Kimiaru and Shigofumi are FAR from being original and inventive, but they package it so well that it seems fresh.

I don’t get that Hayate vibe watching Kimiaru much either.

LOL at the Chiaki (Nodame Cantabile) joke at the end and the SUPER BLATANT Devil Gundam.

Seriously, The Mistina part is so surreal that it’s really a guilty indulgence to watch a show like this. I mean, I actually enjoyed Miyu’s antics and she is probably the small sized pseudo loli. I am lapping it up of course, since anything resembling a loli that is cute IS MINE!

In addition, Ageha is just so amusing when she gets praised and she is actually the biggest attraction for me right now other than the loli. The other characters such as penis…i mean…ermm.. are okay but mostly fodder for me. And yes, more shinra-sama please.
