I don't think I'd survive without watching at least some anime every day.

Of course, the reason for this is to decompress after a stressful day. This is why I react badly when my preference for low-impact, mindlessly fun anime is mocked or insulted. After a long day, I am not up for mental leaps of "deep thinking".

@Marmot: Studying now? You should be glad to be not working for now. Working is a true pain in the arse sometimes but it's mostly enjoyable.

@Liezl: haha, i used to be living your lifestyle during my university days but I guess work is a totally different pond altogether. I do get to have my anime fix on weekends like now though, so I am not complaining yet.

@Briar: hahaha, sleeping less will really kill me. Downloading is almost impossible nowadays, with all the crazy things happening. Sigh.

@Mintie: Wah, what in the world are you doing, going out so early and home rather late. You must be leaving a rather havoc life out there. Water? @_@ ?

Still, with the EPL (English Premier League) starting and cable TV shining bright, my night time for anime is eaten up by soccer T_T

@Aime: Be glad that your boyfriend that is time consuming because that means that he is caring and bothers a lot about you. I bet you will complain if he stop disturbing you at all, no?

@Wifey: BOO HOO YOU!

I used to have a lot of time to watch my animes since I got home around 6 and didn't have much to do aftewards, so I would just watch different stuff daily. But now I have a lovely time consuming boyfriend who won´t let me have any individual activities hehe, I have to be with him almost all the time and when I am not with him I have to study for my japanese class, which I joined a month ago. So what I try doing is watching some episodes when I get home like at 12 p.m. or watch them while I change clothes after taking a bath and i'm ready to go out. When I see that my boyfriend is going to let me have a break I try to smash as many episodes as I can into that brief moment in time. :D

Well, I'm not working yet, but I'm out of the house from 6am to around 7pm. xD But I usually stay up until midnight doing whatever I want (animewatchomg)and just squeeze in the necessities of life. Like... water and homework.

Like I say... sleep less = more time to watch anime.

Seriously, though, I'm gorging myself on animes during off days. Just watch them whenever you can grab the time. And don't download; it takes freaking forever.

@ tj: I don't see how your uncle have the time to eat lunch with you on such an important occasion. :P Must be a loving uncle!

I am going to a university but i watch anime everyday for about 4 hours every day. I go to sleep at about 9 pm. My grades are also above average. For me, watching anime helps me relax for the tests.

@RDrake: Hah! That's a good one, but still I am quite disposed to going out since I am trapped inside the office cell for most of the time.

@Jinya: Can't watch anime even if I want to. :(

@Youknowme: Hmmm, I cannot really download things that easily now as well, and I hardly have anytime to do so. the awful thing to add is that I do not like to leave the PC on for ages when I am not around since utilities can hurt me quite a bit at times.

It is tiring and watching anime now becomes quite a chore to watch, even though I still enjoy it a hell lot.

@Kabitzin: It takes 1.5 hours to get home. I am owned.

@Super rats: Heh, I generally enjoy gaming these days for some strange reason (Madden NFL 07 is surprisingly addictive). The fact that I constantly think about my thesis paper, my girlfriend who is wonderful and also watching the new cable TV channels that I just subscribed eats up a lot of my time too.

I guess the good thing is that it is making me keen to have more anime to view, though i have a terrible backlog that never ceases to end.

@It's easy impz: Hmmm, the issue now is that I have so much things I wish I can do and it seems strange now that anime is always at the back of my mind. Sigh, I hope it doesn't mean the end of anime viewing for me.

@Brikhaus: I generally like to watch my anime when it is released, but with work, it is hardly the way to go too. Sigh. I guess the proper reason is that anime is not the top first thing i want to do.

@Suguru: Arr, I usually like to sleep much more than the normal person. I usually knock out within 2 hours when I get back home, and 1 hour is taken up by relaxation and dinner. After that, I am so tired that the only thing I generally do is to lie on the bed reading some random manga/novel.

@Arcanes: Little cash, little resources. I even have an Ipod for it but I am ermm lazy to transfer ;_;

@Kaori Lolita: I actually go out very often these days in the weekend to catch up on the need to go out and have some loitering fun. Man, sacrifices, sacrifices.

@Tj: ...

@Kyokii: I guess your last sentence sums it up. Hah, time management is something I am actually quite good at, considering how I actually managed to game/watch anime during my exam periods. Nevertheless, graduate studies seem to be something that requires more of my attention.

@Shin: ~_~;;; Marathoning seems so darn dry though. I no longer have the stamina to go on.

@Ben: Ouch there. I usually control my viewing and never allow one activity to affect my studies at all. In a way, I hold quite a tight grip on my time management. I somehow manage to watch anime and study at the same time (luckily being the cum larde after 4 years). Still, I really hope others do not suffer the fate you did. It is painful.

@Crusader: I don't have a laptop T_T. It's way too expensive for me, as much as I love to have it too. I don't really want to get up early too, since I generally lack sleep and my work requires my energy most of the time.

@Jpmeyer: :( aww. I am hoping to get in and I hope that I do have the capabilities to get in. It seems hard though. Watching it on the train is a no-no, since thirteensugars said the truth.

@Thirteensugars: *kicks baka 13sugars*

@Hayase: I so wish that my work place is so near, instead of the evil 1.5 hours required to get home. It's rather depressing and I have no night life too. I don't like night life anyway since it is more constructive to sleep :P

@Maya: hahaha, I wish that I am stuck in your position but for action shows, you can start with claymore, Tokyo Majin Gakuen, History's strongest disciple Kenichi and also Basilisk for some good ninja fighting.

It only takes me 15 minutes to get home--that's how close I am to my place of work.

Since I took up watching anime again I rarely watch TV anymore--for news there's the internet, for entertainment what else but anime.

And then I have no night life (unless you count sitting in front of a PC at night Hahaha).

The reason why watching anime during goshujin-sama's commute, though he has an iPod that will allow him to do that, is not an option for him is because he is a piggy-piggy who likes to sleep during his commute to and from his work rather than do anything else. :D

Goshujin-sama, if you just eliminate all your other daily extra male-activities you do (cough-cough) like napping, you'd have more time to watch anime. :P

I watch some on the train and some later on when I get home when I want to decompress.

(USCSB was my #1 choice for my Ph.D. too, but I got rejected from there :( )

Well my job is 0700 to 1500 I have more than enough time to goof off especially since I have only a fifteen minute commute.

Since your ride home is rather long you can watch anime on a laptop. Then there is always the weekend. I usually have a plan for the day that is just calls for roughly 2 hours of free time to do whatever I want. If you have an exercise routine you can watch it then assuming you use a home gym or a real fancy one with DVD TVs on each machine. You could start the day early and watch some during breakfast. Heck I usually get up at 0530 so I can see whats on the news. Other than that time management means simply designating a period and see how long it can last. Then again since you hate being a conscript I can't see how you can ever have a regimented schedule or daily routine. ;)
