Don’t cry Ink-chan I haven’t forsaken you.
After waiting seemingly forever for the download to finish I finally got to see Moe-tan for the first time and not feel stupid. Suffice to say the Loli-con overtones in this show get heavy at times, but I assume that its all in good fun. In any case the show oozes cuteness all around if the characters were real I would probably hug them to death between my arms and my Interceptor Body Armor.
Some dude named Arcs is standing trial and pleads his innocence; however since he soon escapes he is obviously GUILTY. He soon gets kicked into a black hole by The King, who sneaks behind him and gives him a hash brown before giving him a polite kick.

While at this point I think I may be watching the wrong show we finally meet our heroine Nijihara Ink, an adorable high school kid whom puberty has long since forsaken. She has a bad habit of tripping and falling on her kawaii face, but she has a motto that everyone should aspire, “I won’t cry.” Preach it Ink-chan! She goes off to the house of her most favored suitor, Nao-kun, in an effort to walk with him on the way to school, she gets cold feet and ends up flat one her face while Nao-kun goes off on his merry way.
Ink finally gets to class and she begins talking to Nemi-chan and Mina-chan about her comedic morning. Seeing how Ink needs something to cheer her up they bring in Nao-kun and promptly leave the class. Ink-chan gets tongue tied, but being the good bloke that he is Nao-kun places a band aid one her wounds. The teacher come and we also so learn that Ink-chan is as smart as she is kawaiiiiiiii.

PE class starts and Ink-chan begins playing basket-dodge ball with Sumi-chan. Seems Sumi-chan has also been forsaken by puberty and doesn’t want to play nice with Ink-chan, must be repressed yuri feelings. After classes end Ink-chan is devastated with Nao-kun’s lack of motivation to got to higher education crushing her dreams of being more than friends in college. Taking matters into her own hands she goes off to a shrine to pray for Nao-kun’s test scores. Then out of the sky falls a duck that can talk! However it soon passes out and like any kind hearted otome Ink-chan brings it back to her room.
The creature finally comes to and reveals that it is or rather was Arcs the Lad. After being called Vanilla Ice and cooking magic like bacon, Arcs figures out his mandatory trial given to him by The King. Arc is going to do something special for Ink-chan, he’s going to make her a magical girl. Sadly Ink-is only allowed to use low level magic so she can’t grow up or bust out. After getting her magical interface and setting her voice command transformation sequence Ink transformes into a hero for great justice, Pastel Ink.

Arcs gets a mouth full of drool while looking on and Ink presses him about looking at her in an indecent way. Arcs, being a real loli-con, denies this and gets smitten for his insolence into the glass. When Pastel Ink decided to fly to Nao-kuns house, her flying device proves most deficient. The infernal wings attach in an area that is way lower than her lower back, but it flies just the same. Going faster than a speeding bullet she gives Nao-kun an aerial t-bag.
After introducing her self as Pastel Ink uber tutor Nao kicks her out. Pastel Ink turns on her lost puppy face and after two attempts gains entry. Nao-kun needs help in Engrish English and Ink-chan is more than able to help him. Given that Ink-chan is now magical Nao-kun seems to feel fuzzy around her, it must be love. this glorious moment however is brought to a swift end when Arcs finds Nao-kun’s p0rn stash. Poor Ink-chan becomes scarred for life sine Nao-kun is into some freaky stuff. Arcs continues with his unwarranted search and seizes an innocuous figurine. Nao-kun’s reaction reveals that there is indeed more than meets the eye. Ink-chan then inadvertently takes off its top.

Crushed and humiliated Nao-kun gives them the boot and even goes as far as tossing out Ink-chan’s new shoes. While Ink-chan has her bath interrupted by a perverted duck some new character shows up for one second.

Impression: Sorry it took so long but I had a kawaii overload…I think I am okay now. I guess its good that they didn’t lay one the engrish in high amounts, but the loli-con jokes were great. Even if Arcs the loli-con duck leers at Ink with impure thoughts I will continually have a sensory overload from her leg with thigh high and the other with loose sock combo. As for her mode of flight, I have heard of flying asses but she’s to genki for the Air Force.

Only the truly evil would have no desire to be part of this hug.
Still the exposure of the shoulders is something I find a bit odd though I am not complaining I guess its a more constructive place to conserve cloth as opposed to a really short skirt. I really like the OP which I assume is the ED for this episode it’s very kinetic. I hope they keep up the laughs and the cuteness. While I like her magical girl outfit I still have reservations about he use of spandex. Its not armor, all magical girl outfits should be made of kevlar, just a pet peeve of mine. Ink is so adorable even if she is in high school she’s one of the most respectable heroines in her age bracket. Don’t cry Ink-chan this black hearted Imperial Trooper is rooting for you.
Next time I assume that Sumi-chan is going to be inducted into the Mahou Shoujo Guild.

lol is this some lolicon anime? ;P
Of course not. She’s legal…
Loli is all about appareance and this is the only loli show of this summer, too bad we don’t have proper subbers doing it yet.
I really liked the 1st episode of Moetan. My favorite part had to be when Arc was laughing at Ink when she was flying with the wings on her butt. That was hillarious!
Crusader, thou art a lolicon.
Magically, of course. Still…
Yes, every one this is a loli-con comedy anime.
@DrmChsr0
Yes, I probably am. Guess I’ve been hanging around Impz for far too long…
Ink chan is really moe and Duck is funny as hell!
The duck is definitely one of the best attractions ever (yes, I have watched this accursed show). I mean, when did you have a happy duck peeking at the loli looking character during the transformation. That is like one of the best scenes ever and I found myself laughing my head off.
“I am not going to cry”.
MOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~
