D.J: Well, I must say that I never thought of Shuuei that way until the seiyuu interview. If anything, Shuuei is always very easy going, but I realize he is somewhat of the emotional support of Ryuuki (the lonely emperor) as well as Kouyuu (even though he teases him a lot).

I think a few new info is revealed in this episode. Happily absorbing :P

@ But pork sausages are good, good very good. (Sorry ever since I watched Ouran High School Host Club I tend to use that line from Tamaki).

Yes he does always have time for a listening ear, so I do see him much like an older brother, teasing, but always there to guide. ^-^

@Ravage: Hah, there's a low quality draft out already, but my wifey said that it will be better until they do a better quality control before Four Leaf Clover releases ep 2. You will probably get the news immediately once it is out right here as well.

@DJ: She is a baka pork sausage, more like that :P Hmm, I do not know about the view of Shuuei, in which despite the teasing that he makes of Kouyuu, he always has time for a listening ear.

@Sakujun: Hah, I think that the most hilarious scene for me is actually the part when Kourin's seiyuu said that her least likable character is Sakujun when the host of the show is the seiyuu of Sakujun. It's rather cute if you ask me.

These specials are indeed fun and it is merely a stroke of luck that I got a copy of them. Thanks and hope that it's useful

Thanks for the summaries!!

Regarding Itou as Ensei, I saw him in another special for the launch of a Japanese Bleach game for Wii (Itou voices Renji), in which Itou plays the Wii game against Masakazu Morita (Ichigo's seiyuu). It's hilarious, and Itou is sooooo Ensei! These kinds of specials are fun and I'm so glad the actors are willing to do them. Now if only more of them would be translated or even just summarized! Way to go, Impz!

First off, YAY for Wifey, she is our saviour ^-^

Interesting view of Shuuei, I can see how he gets that view of the character though.

He particularly seems that way with Kouyuu, like how he's always teasing him.

>>For now, my wifey has just finished encoding the second episode of the second season, so do expect the update for a subbed version of Saiunkoku Monogatari to be out pretty soon.

Best news since... since... I dunno, but it was a long time ago I heard such good news. :D

~Briar~: Hmmm, I wonder though. In a way, Ensei's seiyuu seems to have that relaxed feeling of Ensei before any form of fight. I mean, he is the one that is like "hey, this is all cool and all that".

Hmm, I am actually quite impressed with Namikawa, especially due to the fact that he is quite popular himself among female fans as well. I felt that his motivation to be a seiyuu, despite the rather politically correct answer, is quite nice. I remember he noted that it is when he saw his works to a bunch of kids and the kids are smiling when he spoke. He said that it was really a great achievement when he saw it in the movie theater.

Huh.... I couldn't see Ensei's voice at all in the face of Ensei's seiyuu. Maybe it's the whole glasses thing.

Namikawa is really a good seiyuu to manage both characters at one go. I remember that scene, and it's really well done.

Why is no one's favourite Ryuuki? :( Poor Ryuuki...
