Arrr, ok. Kissdum is a very confusing affair and it’s not exactly for watching raws unless your Japanese is really good due to the multitude of technical jargons in the series. It’s pretty huge plot and I guess it deserves just a little look ^+^

Having watched Kissdum ~Engage Planet~, I’m got to say that I’m pretty confused about the whole thing. Without Impz’s summary, I’ll be even more lost. There are just too many characters, too many explosions, too much fighting, too complicated a plot to all squeeze into a 20 min episode. On the other hand, in terms of eye candy it’s pretty good. The fighting scenes are cool and satisfied my inner savage.

The Chinese subs I watched though, wasn’t very good. Or maybe I’m just not awake enough yet to absorb the anime…

I think Rukina and Aiba are a couple, which is why he’s risking everything to save her.

@Mars: I am glad that you come over here for recommendations and please go ahead to use the site as much as you wish. I will also do a next series review on Darker than Black and Kougetsu Sangokushi. Both of them are quite competent, but having some weaknesses too.

@Rdrake: ehh, i have nothing against mecha. Just that I am one who dislikes too much action.

@Limq: Doubtful. Random Curiosity is doing it as well as a splattering of other blogs, which means that I am not too keen on it. It’s sort of an informal policy for me.

@theBigN: I am totally not too bothered with Seto no Hanayome. Yes, I have heard that the manga is good and the series is competent from others. My own viewing says otherwise, but I am not detracting it. It’s good, just not something I enjoy.

@Briar: hah, just try to take a look at least at kissdum. I will say that the other two has their flaws, but definitely has merits. I cannot deny the fact that there’s more than enough anime this season though. There’s always the good fish slipping out of the net as there are too much ^^

It is painful T______T esp when everyone in my fam (and i mean EVERYONE) is set to antagonize anime as a zombie-maker, so I’m not allowed to watch too much too often… and yet I still come here and find more cool series to watch XD So I end up with a huge list, a huge longing to watch, and not enough time/permission T_____T

I don’t usually watch mecha, but this one caught my attention, so I’ll be looking for it once I’m done with the rest ^^’

@Leon: Hmmm, I do not know what to make of Seto no Hanayome. I think I will not even bother with a 2nd episode because I don’t easily deal too well with completely slapstick humor that has not enough cute factor for me. If it’s dumb, it better be cute first.

@Mars: Hmm, kissdum is perhaps the best among the three, and I must say that it’s also a change from the style of anime that I usually watch. I mean, watching a mecha show is definitely quite a change but it’s still possibly cool.

A huge must-watch list? Sounds painful ^^

Hmmm…I think Kissdum would be the one I’d follow, if only to have a change on genre/pace… if I could as of now XD Good thing my must-watch list is long enough for me to watch it subbed by the time I’m done with the others teehee

Don’t know if I’ll be watching Over Drive but Kiss Dum and Seto no Hanayome are definitely on my list. More emphasis on Kiss Dum though. :3
