Here’s a really short 18 second trailer of Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles which doesn’t actually show much of anything. Although they do kinda spoil Sasuke’s new outfit by a bit.

I read about the Hurricane Chronicles over at naruto central and even posted in my blog about the fillers ending the 15th, but I honestly can’t wait to see Naruto 2.. A freind at work was telling me of all these things the characters become capable of and I’m quite impressed. I’ll probably be writing reviews for Naruto in the next month to catch up so I can start reviewing Naruto 2..

Hinano: It still sounds a lot like the usual seiyuu that’s voicing him except in a more serious tone.
Well, Naruto certainly looks better as a 15 years old than a 12 years old. And same for most of the other characters… except for Sasuke and his lack of fashion sense. >_
@Briar: Well, that’s what Sasuke gets for being with a snake-guy for almost three years.

Even more importantly I’m that much closer to seeing Kakashi Gaiden animated.
Yes its true, Sasuke is becoming more like his brother. His bad fashion sense is evidence enough of that. Although I think I’d rather wear Itachi’s get up than Sasuke’s new outfit any day of the week. At least when wearing the hat no-one would be able to tell it was me.
But lets face it, no-one could be as bad as Bushy-eyebrows himself. And considering he looks even more like Gai there isn’t much improvement in his wardrobe.
But seriously I’ve been re-reading the manga lately (I’d recommend it, its far more enjoyable than watching some of the filler eps, I say some because not all of them are crap) and its made me even more excited for Hurricane Chronicles. Especially given how good some of the latest chapters have been, although I’m about ready for Hidan and Kakazu to die already. Damn those Akatsuki are tough to kill.
ok heres a question i’ve read the manga but what exactly does the title Hurricane Chronicles represent/mean???
i thinkie that it’s called shippuden(aka hurricane chronicles) because naruto mixes his rasengan with some new windy thingie jutsu i thinkie…actually you’re better off not reading this

He plays an important role at the beginning of the new series. Well he doesn’t actually do much but he is important.
I think naruto looks alot cooler than saske but saskes new ofit looks stupid because it looks like orochimarus and I hate orochimaru I cant wait to see part two!
Having watched the first ep, Sasuke’s outfit doesn’t look as bad in the anime as it does in the manga. They toned down the size of his huge purple butt belt ^_^.
Naruto certainly looks prettier now he’s grown up a bit and his seiyuu really does a great job with making him sound older.
Sakura being all blushing over him was really cute as was Jiraiya’s face when he realises just how much like Tsunade Sakura has become!
i always new that naruto and sasuke would have an ultimate battle!
