This is an OVA, not an anime series, right? Considering how many episodes Kyoani and Makoto Shinkai make in the same amount of time, they’re really incomparable.
Hmm, it seems like the studio is responsible some past movies that are all really high quality. You guys should take a look at the article on the company on ANN. And yes, KYOANI WAS UTTERLY DESTROYED! But for something like Kanon, the budget has to be split on 26 episodes, so it’s not really fair.
on visual standard, I think what we have seen so far is probably best ever. The Voice acting sounds really good as well. The song could have been lot better, though.
*mesmorized* I’m still waiting on the trailer to finish from link I caught on Hot Step Jump, but these shots are spectacular!
