This is the 2nd installation of Saiunkoku Monogatari in order to keep up with the latest series that is on TV. This continues with the journey of Shuurei to be the joint governor of Sa province with Eigetsu and their separated travels to reach the place that they need to meet up. This part is more for building the next set of side characters that will be involved in this arc, as people do not seem to be who they seem.

Saiunkoku Monogatari looks to be delving deeper into the character development, as we see more of Kourin, Eigetsu and also Seiran’s different side. Seiran’s different side of him was scary and something I did not expect from someone like him. I guess you can never judge a book by its cover.

Just a point of note again, due to my inability to translate jargons like 全商

I told myself countless times that I will not blog on this loli show because it will clearly portray and misguide the audience into thinking that I am in fact a lolicon. I do not agree but this scene in episode 4 on Iroha really bits the dust.

If I do not blog this, my moral obligation as an anime blogger to entertain and explain the high points of a show will be hit. I cannot refuse my audience the chance to see such an awesome scene, hence, allow Impzie here, the pitiful Impz to show you 4 frames of that classic scene.

Kissu? Mamoru Kissu?

OMG, nervous and panicking Ayano is so moe~

The best thing about watching two comedy series back-to-back is that you tend to laugh so much that you feel completely good after it. This is how I felt when I watch Mamoru episode 4 and Otome episode 4. They both made me laugh so hard that my stomach was hurting afterwards. In fact, my throat now hurts from the immense amount of laughing I did from the two shows. Anyway, a bit of humor here and there, and an extremely short summary.

Awww, why did you make the lolicious Karada cry like that?

Sigh, Karada is really cute big time now. At least the resolution for episode 4 was a nice one, and I really enjoyed this episode a lot, much more so than Episode 3. Even though the quality of the animation dipped slightly (Hiro and Karada had funny-looking faces in some of the screenshots), the nice emotional feel-good factor was there and that made my day.

Welcome to the I.D.A aka Impzie’s Destructive Analysis. (ok, lame start)

Ok, this will be a new feature article that I am introducing since I am a freakishly crazy person that suddenly has limited time on his hands. For all the anime that has no full review, it will come under here. Generally, the reasons for not blogging a full episode summary + review are as follows:

1. I am lazy
2. I didn’t find the episode interesting enough to make a full entry
3. Swarmed by schoolwork
4. I have more interesting series to blog.
5. I don’t feel like it because I am a meanie. RAWR!
