Bokura ga ita 2
Yes, i am doing my first review and I decided to do on this anime for now, Bokura ga ita. It’s a shoujo series, seemingly simple for a start where the girl likes this guy. However, there are various premises in which the story can continue. The first episode was rather uneventful but this 2nd episode gave a bit more on character development.
Yano is the main male lead in this anime, who is the love interest of Nana, the class president of this class. He is supposed to be friendly, handsome and every girl’s dream man. And of course, Nana likes him too 
He does have secrets to hide though.
Cute. This episode was a simple episode where Nana confessed that she is in love with Yano and Yano went like “let’s go out” in a totally non chalant way.
He is definitely a disturbed person, considering that his previous experience with the girl he liked most didn’t go well (she’s a cheat). And in a later time, we realise that his mom was probably a prostitute as well. Nana also learned more about Yano, about his character. He was always smiling but she knew now that he was also blaming himself for everything.
They then met outside in a cafe, where Nana was very angry at Yano after Yano said that she’s annoying and trying to be “class president” outside the school. Lol, i must say if i was Yano, i would have pinched her cheeks for good measure. Of course, Nana went poofing off and Yano chased her (cos she dropped her wallet) and it was then she learnt a bit more about Yano as Yano sent her home.
Randomly, Nana wanted to go to a photo shop to take photos, with rather amusing dialogue between the two of them. Eventually, Nana learn that he was always blaming himself for the things that he had done, rather than blaming others. In his own words, “blaming yourself meant that there’s nothing to be done, right? At least you will not hate the other person.”. Quite a depressed view but…I dont know, i can kinda understand that mentality.
They then switched to a festival in which Nana was unable to secure any classrooms for this class drama. Yano was simply angry (is angry a good word here) about Nana’s inability and was like “dont expect me to clean up your mess”, making our poor nana angry once again.
However, at the end of the episode, Yano went to talk to the committee and helped Nana once again. Really nice guy, albeit a bit too irresponsible and careless at words sometimes.
Sigh, poor nana, confessing for the first time >_>;;
Nice episode, if you ask me, i learn more about the characters and watchers of shoujo anime would love this simple but possibly deeper anime. the preview for the next episode looks very exciting too ^+^

FYI, Yano’s mom isn’t a prostitute. He was just kidding. But he is serious when he said that Nana-san (his dead girlfriend), was a cheat. and he wasn’t angry when Nana-chan forgot to secure classrooms for the festival. he said “don’t expect me to clean up your messes” before it even happened. he was only disappointed and Nanami wasn’t mad, she was guilty about it.

just started to read some stuff…well, i am a fan of bokura ga ita and actually waiting for the second season..it has a nice story,simple but still different..but i just want to say that the way you reviewed it, you made it quiet boring and plain..add a little bit spice..

Bokura ga Ita(season 2)

The anime basically follows through the plot line of the manga until Yano and his mom move, leaving Nanami behind. The story continues with Nanami, 21 years old and in her final year at S Girl’s College, and already living in Tokyo. It turns out that she has not seen Yano for consecutively 5 years since the parting at the train station. Half a year into Yano’s arriving at Tokyo and he completely cut off all communications with Nanami. The reason to this is unknown at this point, leaving Nanami both heartbroken and confused. It is believed that no one knows what happened to Yano. The story follows on, with Nanami deciding to leave her feelings for Yano behind and begins dating Takeuchi. However, the letter soon confesses that he did meet up with Yano (and was probably the last person to see him) before Yano actually disappeared.
It turns out that ever since moving into Tokyo, Yano ran into a lot of problems such as financial difficulties, finding a place for his dog, Lalami to live in (but managed to do so thanks to a close classmate, Aki, who later falls for him and even meets Nanami in the company they work at), and his mother’s health problems. His mother’s health deteriorates both mentally and physically (especially after Yano’s dead father’s wife shows up with the incline to take Yano back with her). Throughout this time, Yano has kept his problems from Nanami, in hope that she can concentrate on her studies. Twice he made the attempt to return to Hokkaido to see her, but failed to do so because of his mother. This is unknown to Nanami, however. Finally, Yano’s mother took her own life (note that this takes place around half a year after Yano’s arrival at Tokyo). Since the funeral, it is stated that Yano ‘completely vanished’. It is shown that he did see Takeuchi around this time, telling the latter that he is leaving Nanami in his care, and that he has decided to give up everything from his past, even those dearest to him. Yano seems to believe that it was his fault that his mother committed suicide, stating that ‘I was the one who killed her’.
Roughly half a year later, he made a phone call to Nanami’s house which was then picked up by her mother. This too, was not told to Nanami until she was 21 years old. Yano’s personality appears to undergo a change. He has since started dating many girls, but states that he “does not treat girls like anything important” anymore. During this whole time, Yamamoto Yuri has not given up on him.
The story continues a year after Nanami realizes the truth, with Aki who now works with Nanami in the same company, suspecting that she may have found Yano. Her suspicions turn out to be correct. However, though Aki finds out that Yano is aware of Nanami’s whereabouts and her relationship with Takeuchi, he makes no move to see her. He even states that this is how he wanted it to be. The same goes with Nanami who decides not to meet Yano even after Aki gives her details about his whereabouts and informs her that Yano is currently a designer collaborating with their company. She tearfully admits to Aki that she has no confidence of making a clean break with Yano. It is shown that Yano is now living with Yamamoto Yuri and he also reveals that Nanami is ‘different’, stating that she will survive even on her own.
On the day of Nanami’s birthday, as seen from chapter 50, Takeuchi proposes to her but he got rejected by Nanami. In the latest chapter 51, Nanami resolves to look for Yano. Upon being told that he is going on a trip, she ventures to the airport and sees the back of someone who resembles Yano. She calls out his name in tears, but the scene is left with a cliffhanger. Takeuchi, on the other hand, visits Yano’s home and comes face to face with Yamamoto Yuri.
aww. i’ve already read the season 2 in mangafox.com. and its so so soo SAD! arr. poor yano and nana.

this is the best anime i ever watched. i just love this romantic anime but i hate take and yamamota cuz they always mess up nanami and yano’s relationship!cuz of them they suffer and i wish the end was happy but the best animes i always watch have the worst endings!it makes me so sad
